Welcome to MooBoo Resources

With a lot of effort, and the right teaching tools, kids on the autism spectrum have the ability to learn and grow and make progress. It’s exciting just how much parents can make a difference in this progress.

Thank You, Mom at the Playground

A moment of kindness from a parent on the playground changed an awful moment into something bearable, even funny. And for that, I thank them. Parents of non-"typical" kids need that kind of support.

Welcome to MooBoo Resources’ blog!

I’m so glad you’re here!

My goal is to connect with others who, like me, love a child with autism. As an Autism Mom, I know firsthand that raising a young child with autism feels like running a sprint inside a marathon.

The blog posts about autism you’ll find here might be informative, from the heart, or both.  Most are written by me, as an experienced parent who has learned a thing or two about autism along the way. But be on the lookout for guest posts. We can learn from, support, and inspire each other, so comments are most welcome! (Please review the comment policy here.)

Blogs are not a substitute for professional advice. Use my words and experience as food for thought, guidance, and another tool in your tool box. Please consult a professional to best serve your own child’s needs.

Have ideas for topics you want us to talk about on this autism blog or questions about our affordable kid-friendly autism teaching products? Consult our contact page for the best way to reach us.
